Vacuuming does not really clean carpet does it? Vacuuming does remove some dust, and the rest it just spreads around. Thick carpets and even thin carpets require a more thorough cleaning to remove the dirt.

It works wonders on my carpets. Everything is so visibly cleaner after a carpet cleaning the vacuuming seems like a waste of time. The house even smells fresher.
